Elizabeth is my go-to for anything PSM, even if it is beyond her scope of work, she takes the initiative to solve the problem, each and every time! Superstars like her are the individuals within organizations who are going to change everything. Elizabeths resourcefulness, technical expertise, communication habits, and hard work is what sets her apart from the donkeys of the world making a versatile employee such as herself, an asset to the company. Unicorns run in the wild but once caught they deliver explosive results, shatter expectations, and do so with flying colors. Elizabeth is my unicorn. PSM you should give this magician a raise. Let me start off by saying that I have NEVER had someone help me like Elizabeth does! If I have a problem, she is there. If she can't fix it, she will let me know what to do to fix it. She has gone above and beyond for me and 3 State Harley-Davidson. From sending things to Harley-Davidson corporate (to make sure posts followed MAP policy and LDMV policy) to letting me know that her graphics team is working to fit my banners to our website, to making sure everything is ok before she is off on weekends! Today I found myself following the tutorials that Elizabeth generously created for me. Elizabeth has on several occasions patiently walked me through the steps that answer my questions and at the same time recorded those steps for my use in the future. I appreciate being able to refer to those little videos. If a question arises that we haven't encountered before, Elizabeth quickly responds to my emails and/or calls with an answer or with a promise to get me to the right person at PSM.
